General SMM Desk is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and subscribers across various platforms. By registering and using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services We act as a reseller of social media marketing services. We do not own or operate Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Service quality, speed, and delivery depend on third-party providers.

3. Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account with others is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed automatically or manually depending on the service. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Make sure your social media profile/link is public and correct before placing an order.

5. Payments All payments are made in PKR via the available payment methods on our website. Deposited funds are non-transferable and can only be used for purchasing services on SMM Desk.

6. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued if an order is not delivered or partially delivered. No refunds are provided for completed orders. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the order date through the support ticket system. Refunds are credited to your SMM Desk wallet, not to your original payment method.

7. Delivery Delivery times vary depending on the service. Estimated delivery time is mentioned in the service description. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or social media platform changes.

8. No Guarantee on Retention We do not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, views, or any other service. Drops may occur due to social media platform policies. Refills are only provided where explicitly mentioned in the service description.

9. Prohibited Use You agree not to use SMM Desk for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. You must not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our website or services. Using our services to harm, harass, or target any individual or business is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy We do not share your personal information with third parties. We only collect information necessary to provide our services and process payments. We do not store your social media passwords.

11. Disclaimer SMM Desk is not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform. We are not responsible for any account bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our services. Use our services at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
